How to Use/Cook	Empty the contents of the AMBA FOODS BHAJIYA instant mix (200g) packet in a bowl after removing the small Chutney sachet. Add 18g (4 to 5 no.) finely chopped green chilies, 22g (3/4 cup) fenugreek leaves and 22g (3/4 cup) coriander leaves. Add 100ml (1/2 cup) water, gradually and mix it. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Add 15g (3 tbsp) of this hot oil into this mixture and stir well. Once oil is hot enough, add small-small portions of the batter in the hot oil and deep fry. Chutney Recipe - Take Chutney mix in a bowl, add 30ml (2 tbsp) hot water and mix well. Hot delicious Bhajiya is now ready to serve with Chutney!
