How to Use/CookEmpty the contents of the AMBA FOODS KHAMAN instant mix (200 g) packet in a bowl after removing the small sachet. Gradually add 150 ml (3/4 cup) water, stir in one direction until the batter is lump-free and keep aside for 5 minutes. While the water is boiling in a steamer, add the content of the small sachet into the batter and whip it fast in one direction until a smooth paste is formed and transfer it into a plate greased with oil. Place & cover this plate for steaming on high flame for 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes, flip the khaman and cut into square pieces. Sizzle mustard seeds, slit green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida in 25g (1.6 tbsp) oil. Add 160ml (3/4 cup) water, 55g (1/4 cup) sugar and salt (as per taste), boil for a while. Cool and pour uniformly over Khaman pieces. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
