How to Use/Cook | Take AMBA FOODS KHATTA DHOKLA instant mix (200 gm) in a bowl. Add water 170 ml (2/3 cup) and curd 50 g (1/4 cup) and stir well to form smooth batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Boil water in a steamer. Add 10g (2 tsp) ginger paste and 13 g (1 tbsp) green chilli paste to the batter and mix well. Pour the batter uniformly to the oil greased Dhokla-tray, sprinkle red chilli powder and steam on high flame for 10-12 minutes. Cut into small square pieces and apply oil on top of that. Serve hot with garlic chutney and oil. For better taste add garlic paste in the batter. |
