How to Use/CookWash the raw mangoes and dry them well. Ensure that no moisture is left within them. Further, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Take a large bowl. Put these mango cubes into it. Add salt and some turmeric powder. Let it marinate for 12 hours. Marinating the mangoes will help in releasing water. Later, discard the water and dry the mangoes. In a large bowl, mix the mangoes with Methiya masala and some salt (as per your taste). Store in airtight containers.
StorageDo not Refrigerate. Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
