| How to Use/Cook | Take AMBA FOODS RICE IDLI instant mix (200 gm) in a bowl. Add 100 gram (1/2 cup) curd and 220 ml (1 cup) warm water and mix well. Keep the batter aside for 20 minutes. Boil water in an Idli cooker. After stirring the batter gently, pour it in oil-greased Idli-tray and steam on high flame for 10 minutes. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney. |
